Edible Maps

Last week, to sum up our Map Unit, we created our very own "edible" maps.  We used a map key to help us with our "symbols."  Pretzels= roads, Chocolate Chips= mountains, Blue sprinkles= lake, various colored skittles= cabin, park, forest, etc.  We used a graham cracker as our map base and icing to "glue" our symbols down on our maps.  Everyone did a GREAT job creating their maps...I noticed they did an even better job eating them :) See what creative kids you have!
