Reading Workshop: Partner Reading

This past week during our reader's workshop, we focused on partner reading.  We talked about how there was no boss in a reading partnership, only two partners that work together equally.  We discussed working cooperatively and problem solving when issues came up.  Another thing we talked about was the different ways to read with a partner: chorus reading, echo reading, taking turns, and help reading.  I enjoyed watching everyone in their partnerships reading together in different ways.  Here's what I noticed during my "conferencing" this week! Enjoy :)
Drake & Russell took turns.

Karlye & Sophia took turns too.

Kyle & Kimberly choral read.

Abigail and Genavieve echo read.

Destiny & Madison echo read too!

Hank & Brendan worked with the help read method.

Timothy & Landon took turns.
Mari & Leah took turns too!

Elijah B., Lee, & Zachary choral read together.

Ethan & Joe took turns reading.

Gabbi & Emma echo read together.
